Niloofar joined the Winton Centre in 2022 as a Clojure/ClojureScript developer and worked on medical risk communication sites designed to give both clinicians and patients clear, personalized information about the potential benefits and risks of different treatment options.
Before joining the Winton Centre, she was a Senior Clojure/ClojureScript programmer at Arya-Abzar Healthcare company.
Harding Prizes for most Useful & Trustworthy Communication in 2023 awarded
5 June 2024The judges awarded the Harding Prize for Trustworthy Communication for 2023 to a news article by Clare Wilson for the New Scientist on polygenic tests and a feature by Katharine Lang for BMJ on Covid antivirals.
New NHS Decision Support Tools released!
22 November 2023The Winton Centre have produced a suite of decision support tools for NHS England to help patients take part in share decision making.
Harding Prizes for useful and trustworthy communication in 2022 awarded!
20 April 2023After casting the net wide across the world, the judges awarded the 2022 Harding Prize for Trustworthy Communication to an interactive calculator from the Institute of Fiscal Studies and a report from the Parliamentary Office of Science & Technology.
